Racking system

Viet Mechanical and Grace Vietnam proceeded to acceptance, handover and put into use the racking system.
The racking system is designed as drive-in racking. Reach truck drives into the racking.
Racking is designed, provided and installed for the warehouse in Southern Region and Northern Region. After installation, Viet Mechanical invited Quality Measure Center (Quatest 3) to test load with the standard of British and American.
Load test load 1200kg/pallet – 9600kg/tier in 30 minutes.
The displacement is measured 5mm in the most dangerous position (The standard of displacement’s allowed is 13,5m).
After the result of Quality Measure Center (Quatest 3), Grace Vietnam and Viet Mechanical proceeded to acceptance, handover and put into use the racking system for Grace’s warehouse.
